Colouring systems

The technology for colouring SBR and EPDM granules
is a dual component system allowing to obtain in a short time the colouring of granules and the option of storage with the possibility of further use, e.g. in the production of moulded parts.

Flame retardant systems

Flame retardant additives (flame retardants) produced by BSG effectively reduce the flammability of granules during production processes.

Flame retardant pastes for SBR granules
Expected flammability class.
Flame retardant paste for SBR granules is added during mixing granules to reduce flammability in moulded elements. Choosing the right proportion of paste allows to obtain the C.S1 flammability class.

One-component polyurethane adhesives designed for machine spray application provide a flexible bonding between the sponge and the non-woven, cellulose and other materials used in the manufacture of wash sponges, bath sponges and mattresses. They facilitate an effective bonding of the materials and allow for continuous or intermittent operation.
Single-component polyurethane adhesives intended for use on spray gluing machines,
providing a flexible bond with a string of waste sponge in blocks of secondary foam (REBOND FOAM).

Precise fitting
Foam flooding systems are designed for door panels, steel structures and also for the production of semi-finished products dedicated to thermal protection. They can be processed manually or with specialised units.

Closed-cell foam system

Closed-cell polyurethane foam
is used for the production of rigid spray foam. It is characterised by high interlayer adhesion and ability to stick to other materials. Apart from being efficient and odourless, it is an ecological foam that does not contain CFCs or HFOs.

Open-cell foam system

Precise and fast application
A two-component polyurethane system designed to produce an open-cell semi-rigid foam that fills the voids in the sprayed surface, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. It is tailored for application with specialised spray units. Odourless, efficient and environmentally friendly, CFC-free, foamed with carbon dioxide from the reaction of components A with B.

Two-component polyurethane system for resilient rail fastening.
Provides flexibility and good vibration and noise dampening properties. It is characterised by its ability to operate under varying thermal conditions as well as good flowability.
A two-component polyurethane system for fixing rubber and concrete parts to rails.
Reactive, non-foamable two-component polyurethane system for spraying on break stone ballasts and railway embankments.
A slip-resistant two-component polyurethane system for use on asphalt pavements, combined with bauxite, used to reduce vehicle braking distances. Used for safe pedestrian crossings.

Stone carpet flooring systems

We are a manufacturer of polyurethane adhesives dedicated to stone carpets, with a comprehensive range of products designed for a variety of applications.

One-component adhesive for laying stone carpets resistant to sunlight, a one-component adhesive for the laying of stone carpets. It is characterised by high elasticity and resistance to adverse weather conditions.
One-component adhesive for laying stone carpets not resistant to sunlight used for interiors or areas with no access to UV radiation. It is characterised by high elasticity and resistance to varying weather conditions.
Two-component varnish for refreshing or protecting stone carpets, available in two variants: matt and gloss. It boosts abrasion resistance and restores their original look.

Two-component polyurethane systems for damp proofing.
Polyurethane systems for filling cracks in facades of buildings exposed to prolonged exposure to water. They are characterised by excellent filling and sealing of cracks and properties as well as moisture resistance, preventing the ingress of water into a building.
Two-component polyurethane systems for geopolymer stabilisation, used for soil stabilisation, foundation uplift and driveways. It is distinguished by its ability to adjust the time and hardness.
Two-component polyurethane systems for dilatation joints.
Two-component polyurethane systems for filling expansion joints. It seals dilatation joints and prevents the ingress of water. It is characterised by easy application, short bonding time and high resistance to moisture.
Two-component polyurethane systems for reinforcing rock masses in the mining industry.
Characterised by easy application and high material robustness, they are also non-flammable and
with anti-electrostatic properties. They reinforce the walls and ceilings of mines.
