  3. Pana/Pani dane osobowe są przetwarzane w celu:
    1. podjęcia na Pana/Pani żądanie działań zmierzających do przedstawienia oferty oraz zawarcia umowy z Administratorem (na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt b) RODO)
    2. realizacji zawartej z Administratorem umowy (na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt b) RODO)
    3. marketingu i promocji usług świadczonych przez Administratora (na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt f) RODO).
    4. dochodzenia należności (na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt f) RODO)
    5. realizacji wewnętrznych celów administracyjnych Administratora, w tym celach statystycznych (na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt f) RODO)
  4. Pana/Pani dane osobowe mogą zostać udostępnione podmiotom, które na podstawie Umowy powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych zawartej z Administratorem przetwarzają dane osobowe w imieniu Administratora.
  5. Przekazywanie danych osobowych do państwa trzeciego:a. Administrator ma prawo przekazać Pana/Pani dane osobowe niezbędne do wykonania umowy świadczenia usług do państwa trzeciego lub organizacji międzynarodowej (Google, Facebook, itp.). Google i Facebook przystąpiły doporozumienia w sprawie Prywatności UE-USA i zgodnie z decyzją Komisji Europejskiej z dnia 12 lipca 2016 IP/16/2016 przekazywanie danych osobowych do podmiotów z siedzibą w Stanach Zjednoczonych, któreprzystąpiły do ww. porozumienia, zapewnia odpowiedni stopień ochrony danych osobowych, zgodnie z art. 45 RODO.
  6. Pana/Pani dane będą przetwarzane w zakresie:
    1. przygotowania oferty, zawarcia i wykonania umowy zawartej przez Państwa z Administratorem- przez okres do zakończenia realizacji umowy, a po tym czasie przez okres oraz w zakresie wymaganym przez przepisy prawa lub dlazabezpieczenia ew. roszczeń oraz prawo podatkowe, a także przez 5 lat liczonych od końca roku kalendarzowego, w którym powstał obowiązek podatkowy, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych po wygaśnięciu umowy, do czasu wycofania tej zgody.
    2. w zakresie marketingu bezpośredniego oferowanych przez Administratora- do czasu zgłoszenia przez Pana/Panią sprzeciwu co do ich przetwarzania w tym celu.
    3. w zakresie wewnętrznych celów administracyjnych, przez okres do czasu wypełnienia prawnie uzasadnionych interesów Administratora stanowiących podstawę tego przetwarzania lub do czasu wniesienia przez Pana/Paniąsprzeciwu wobec takiego przetwarzania.
  7. Informujemy, że przysługują Panu/Pani następujące prawa: dostępu do treści danych, żądania ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych, żądania przeniesienia danych, wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego.
  8. Jeżeli przetwarzanie Pana/Pani danych odbywa się na podstawie zgody, może ona być w każdej chwili cofnięta, co nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania danych przed jej cofnięciem.
  9. W zakresie w jakim przetwarzanie Pani/Panu danych następuje w celu zawarcia i realizacji umowy z Administratorem, podanie danych jest dobrowolne, jednak ich niepodanie powoduje brak możliwości zawarcia i realizacji umowy.
